No pain, no gain

I love PAIN. "Oh , what's that?? I love pain? Are you serious??" 🙄😮 Many of you may be wondering what leads to quote like that. But Yes my friends, I have started falling in love with the pain I had in life. Like our Guru mentioned in one of the articles, "I could feel that the asthma had a very strong purpose, otherwise i would not have gone to Yoga at all" Each and everything happens for a reason and it's all for our improvement. I am thankful to my disturbed health which led me to join Yoga . The moment I joined the yoga session, the inner voice whispered, "now, you are on the right track, my dear. " It was the most pleasant experience of my life. I know I have a long way to go but I am happy with my journey. Today, I'm thankful to my poor health for being with me in this journey and encouraging me to move ahead. I left some of them during the journey and welcomed some new ones. But it reminds me that we should keep on struggling... I love you pain, I will miss you someday and wear a smile for giving you the right place you belong. Friends, keep moving with the pain and then only you can help it to get down in the next station of life. We all are blessed with some pain in life so that we can realise our abilities, mental or physical. So, be thankful and work hard to say "Goodbye" to them.😊 Stay positive, stay happy. Gratitude to our Gurus.🙏
